We try to ship orders within two working days, either by Royal Mail or by courier (generally Interparcel UPS)
Collections: If you would prefer to collect your order in person, or arrange your own courier, please select the "collect from Photoworks office" delivery option and contact us to arrange a suitable time.
Charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability.
All delivery times quoted on our site are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. Your credit/debit card will be debited immediately.
Payment must be received before we ship goods.
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated.
Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form.
Using Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payment with your bank, and complete financial transactions securely.
We appreciate your custom and will endeavour to deal with any situations regarding dissatisfaction with our service and products as quickly as possible.
To enable us to deal with your query quickly and effectively please keep all acknowledgement emails and quote your reference number in all correspondence. Your order will contain a delivery note, which you should also retain.
Refunds and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods.
Cancelled orders will be refunded in full on return of the goods in their original condition.
We will not refund postage and packaging costs or pay for the costs of returning the goods.
We will replace any goods damaged in transit or wrongly supplied to you, where stocks are available. Please return the damaged or wrongly sent goods within seven days of receipt with proof of purchase.
We will refund the cost of returning damaged goods and you will not be charged for the delivery of replacement goods. If replacement goods are not available we will refund your money. Return goods with proof of purchase to:
